Return & Exchange Policy

Returns from purchases from our website must be made within 30 days from the receipt of your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Purchases that were made in our retail store in Lake Orion, MI can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase or an in-store credit or exchange can be made.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Some Undergarments (ex. Sticky bras, petals, etc. Message us if you have any questions)
  • Glam’r Gear Bags & Accessories
  • Special Orders
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance Items


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed to your original method of payment.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
